Tuesday Morning

Hey there to anybody who is following my blog. This morning I fell ill. I woke up at 4am and my stomach felt terrible. I got back to sleep after about half an hour of listening to the Z100 phone taps podcasts. I'm not saying that they are boring! I was just very tired and had listened to all the ones that were on my ipod. Oh well!

So anyway, it has already been a pretty eventful day and it hasn't even quite started yet. I know that it's midday here in England but I've just woken up (School summer holidays). But don't worry I only have 2 weeks left of this. I will be writing in the evening then.

So my last two posts here have been mainly about my podcast that doesn't yet exist. I seem to be having a bit of trouble with finding a host for my rss who will do it for free. No-one seems to do this but I definitely think that somebody should. Podcasters don't get paid (unless they are getting donations from paypal) so I think that the services should be free. So far I have got free software and free lessons on how to make podcasts (Check out the 'Sex and Podcasting' podcast for the 'Podcasting 101' series of episodes).

I did find a host who was giving loads of webspace for free (which is rare because it's usually a trial period) but I forgot the name of the website (typical). So if anybody has some info then please do leave a comment or e-mail me (g-pod@hotmail.co.uk). However, e-mail would be easier because then readers could also see what you have written. I have found some webspace to use (www.archive.org) but they have to check the content before they let you post it but they do recommend using a creative commons license. This I don't have a problem with because when I first accidentally stumbled across the site (www.creativecommons.org) I became amazed because it meant that p2p file sharing could be made legal for some songs which is fantastic. It's just the waiting for some-one to check my file before they put it up on the site that's annoying.

Sorry about that, I had an outburst of typing and it probably doesn't make much sense. Never mind! I will do another post later on today or tomorrow. Ciao for now!!!
